Setting up Logging for Security, Governance, and Troubleshooting

Your tailnet is up and running, but now you need to answer questions about who is doing what and where traffic is flowing, among others. In this workshop, we’ll introduce you to the various types of logs offered by Tailscale and walk through how you can take advantage of them in tandem to ensure your Tailnet is secure and tackle issues that arise.

This includes:

Getting logs set up in the Tailscale Console
Logstreaming into a third-party SIEM
Applying filters and building alerts to identify discrepancies
And more, all while learning how to interpret the information provided in each log entry
