Tailscale has an interesting go-to-market motion: win over the homelab crowd and let them bring it to work. That's exactly what happened at GoFundMe. When it came time to replace our patchwork of VPN solutions, we chose Tailscale because it was the best fit. This talk walks through GoFundMe's journey adopting Tailscale to replace Palo Alto, Meraki, and Cloudflare WARP, and rolling it out to our global employee base.
